Colin Perkins
Group Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

The founder and principal architect of the business since inception, Colin has forty years casino experience and is the holder of one of the first managerial Gaming Board of Great Britain (GBGB) licences issued in Britain. Colin is regarded as one of the world’s leading casino operators.

After doubling London Casinos profits during his tenure with the company, Colin left to become a worldwide consultant acting as trouble-shooter and advisor to many casinos throughout the world. He eventually decided to acquire his own casino in Saint Vincent in the Caribbean and settled in the region for some time until retirement.

As FEE’s Chairman and CEO, Colin is responsible to the shareholders for the overall efficient and profitable day-to-day management of the FEE business operation.

Nigel Songhurst
Managing Director

Nigel has had a long and successful career in Financial Services where he was engaged in marketing portfolio management and derivatives products to institutional and private clients, stock broking, corporate finance and foreign exchange. A business development specialist with a global corporate contact base, Nigel brings his investor relations, facilitation and client relationship management skills to the Group.

As Managing Director, Nigel will coordinate research and develop strategy for business growth, furthermore acting in a project management role as appropriate, working alongside the Chairman & CEO.

Philip Mossman
Group Technical and Development Director

Philip is a Chartered Engineer with over thirty years experience in the construction and development of hotel, resort and casino projects, including their interiors, systems and operations. Of particular importance, he has been engaged in the creation of numerous such resorts in the Far East and Indian Ocean regions and has gained significant experience of related issues.

As Technical & Development Director, Philip will design and supervise the installation of all necessary security, management and communications systems required to oversee all current and future projects. He is also responsible for all proposed hotel, resort and other projects.

Jonathan Ensor
Company Secretary

Jonathan is Company Secretary of FEE Group plc and of all UK incorporated FEE Group companies. Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years experience. He is Senior partner of H G Field & Company.

Sophie Ajram
Fee Club Director

Sophie has been been appointed Director of Fee Junkets, and has overall responsibility for the Fee Club. She brings with her a wealth of experience in VIP Corporate Hospitality. Sophie looks forward to inviting you to our own and prestigious affliated casinos worldwide.
