Our VIP service is one of the most important elements of the Club, and our dedicated staff are on call to ensure that you are well cared for throughout each and every trip. We will arrange your flights, hotel accommodation and transport, all you need do is sit back, relax and look forward to enjoying a great gaming experience and VIP hospitality.
It is important to understand that the FEE Club can offer all these services and complimentary entitlements because the casinos know we only have qualified players registered with FEE; we will revoke any player’s membership that falls below this criterion. This does not mean that the player must lose, only that they be a player - someone who generates activity.
Steps involved in travelling with FEE
- The member selects the casino of their choice, anywhere in the world
- They tell the FEE Club representative how long they would like to go for
- They inform us how much they wish to speculate on this trip
- We then inform the member of their entitlements under the deposit made
- The member then deposits their wagered amount into the casino’s bank account, or into a secure FEE Members’ account. This deposit must be made five days before departure.
- After the trip, any remaining funds will be transferred back into the member’s bank account within one banking day after departure, unless the member desires to keep whatever funds are left and requests that they be deposited into his own FEE account (wallet) for future gaming, on other platforms. It is important to understand that the casino have the right to deduct all expenses incurred in accommodating the player, if it is deemed that they are not in fact an active player. This does not mean the member must lose, only that they must generate activity on the tables.
As a member you will receive points related to your deposited amount, and to any losses you may be unfortunate enough to have incurred. This rebate is credited to your account (wallet) regardless of which platform of the FEE Group’s activity you play on. Be it sports betting, casinos, or many of the online opportunities available.
